Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy

GrowthFusionAI processes all payments securely through Stripe-powered Checkout. By completing checkout, you authorise GrowthFusionAI and Stripe to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the pricing, billing frequency, and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

GrowthFusionAI does not manually initiate charges outside of the Stripe billing system. Charges occur only when you voluntarily complete a Stripe Checkout or when Stripe automatically bills an authorised recurring plan.

GrowthFusionAI charges a one-time setup fee to cover the cost of building, training, configuring, and deploying your custom AI Assistant. This fee compensates for labour, technical resources, AI provisioning, and onboarding services rendered on your behalf.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: GrowthFusionAI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the setup fee. If, within 30 calendar days of your payment date, you are not satisfied with the Services and request a refund in writing to [email protected], we will refund your setup fee in full — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to the setup fee only and does not extend to monthly subscription fees, prepaid usage credits, or any other charges.

After 30 calendar days from the date of payment, the setup fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances — including but not limited to: change of mind, business closure, failure to attend your onboarding call, dissatisfaction with AI performance, or cancellation of your subscription. These fees are payable regardless of whether your subscription continues beyond the guarantee period.

All GrowthFusionAI subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period and are non-refundable once charged.

Stripe will automatically charge your payment method at the billing interval shown at checkout. Charges continue until you cancel your subscription. GrowthFusionAI does not control or override Stripe's automatic billing once authorisation is granted.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Where GrowthFusionAI offers a "First Month Free" or similar promotional period, the monthly subscription fee is waived for the first billing cycle only. Setup, onboarding, and implementation fees still apply and are billed at checkout regardless of any promotional offer.

All fees paid during or in connection with a promotional period are non-refundable. At the end of the promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard paid plan and Stripe will charge your payment method accordingly. You are solely responsible for cancelling before the promotional period ends if you do not wish to continue.

Prepaid usage includes voice minutes, SMS credits, and any other usage-based add-ons purchased through Stripe Checkout. All prepaid usage is charged immediately upon purchase, is non-refundable and non-transferable, and has no cash value. Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation or account termination.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Cancellations must be submitted in writing before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following billing period.

Cancellation does not retroactively reverse any charges already processed by Stripe. You will retain access to the Services through the end of your current paid billing period. GrowthFusionAI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

Upon cancellation, your AI Assistant will be deactivated at the end of your final billing period. Call recordings, transcripts, and lead data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation, after which all data will be permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all fees paid to GrowthFusionAI are non-refundable, except for the setup fee which is subject to the 30-day money-back guarantee described in Section 2. This includes, without limitation:

• All monthly subscription fees, regardless of usage or cancellation timing
• Setup fees after the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired
• All prepaid usage credits and consumption charges
• All fees paid during promotional, discounted, or first-month-free periods

No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods, unused features, account inactivity, failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction with AI performance, or any other reason not expressly stated in this Policy. All sales are final.

By completing any payment to GrowthFusionAI, you expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider for any validly processed charge.

A "validly processed charge" means any charge made in accordance with the pricing and terms you agreed to at checkout, including setup fees, subscription fees, usage charges, and any other fees disclosed prior to payment.

If you have a billing concern, you must contact GrowthFusionAI directly at [email protected] before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving genuine billing errors promptly and in good faith.

In the event of an improper or fraudulent chargeback or dispute, GrowthFusionAI reserves the right to:

• Submit evidence to the payment processor including this Policy, checkout records, billing logs, proof of service delivery, and evidence of your acceptance of these terms
• Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to all Services
• Recover all dispute fees, administrative costs, and legal costs incurred as a result of the improper dispute
• Pursue legal or collection action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law
• Report the dispute to credit agencies or fraud prevention services where applicable

You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback in violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

Certain promotional plans and pricing are available exclusively to new clients. Existing customers are not eligible to switch to or reselect new-client-only plans after signup. Plan eligibility restrictions do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or billing disputes.

GrowthFusionAI reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
